This is a delicious bowl of ice cream. It is melting fast under the scorching sun, and it seems that in just a few moments it would turn into ice cream juice. So if you want to enjoy it, grab a spoon!
Ice cream can be divided into soft and hard. The expansion rate of hard ice cream is 30%-60%, which is convenient for packaging and transportation. Soft ice cream has no hardening process in the production process, and the expansion rate is 80%-100%.Generally, the soft ice cream can be produced and sold on the spot with an ice cream machine.
