1.Draw a big circle first. Then determine its center, and draw a small circle and the smallest circle.
2. Draw four straight lines between the small circle and the smallest circle. Then draw four blades and remove the extra parts of the big circle and the small circle.
3.Draw the outline of the Dutch windmill. Then draw a cloud-like shape in the lower left corner.
