A dumbbell is a fun exercise tool that’s also super easy to draw. If you look at it straight from the front, it’s perfectly symmetrical — that means the left side looks exactly like the right side, just like your two hands!
Here’s how we can draw it using simple rectangles (like building blocks): Start in the middle – draw a thin, long rectangle. This is the handle you hold.
Now draw the left side: Next to the handle, draw a wide, short rectangle. Next to that, draw a slightly smaller rectangle. Then, draw an even smaller rectangle. Finally, draw the smallest rectangle at the very end.

Repeat the same on the right side – the same four rectangles, getting smaller toward the outside!
So, each side has four rectangles, and the farther from the handle, the smaller they get. That’s it — you’ve drawn a dumbbell!
You can color it gray, black, or even rainbow colors. Now you have your own weight-lifting friend on paper!
