Her top half looks like a girl. She has long hair, two arms, and a smiling face. Her bottom half is not legs – it is a fish tail! The tail is long and strong. It helps her swim fast through the water. Her tail is covered with shiny scales, they shimmer in the sunlight like jewels.

On her head, she has two scallop shells in her long hair. They look like little fans. They are her hair clips – very fancy and seaside pretty!

Her arms are open wide – like she is saying, "Come here!" or "Look at me!" Maybe she is hugging the ocean, or maybe she is ready to dance.

Her eyes are closed. She is not looking at anything. Why? Because she is feeling something nice – maybe warm sun on her face, or cool water on her skin. And her face has a big, happy smile.
