A skateboarder is a kid who rides a little flat board with four wheels. The board is called a skateboard.
The kid puts one foot on the board, pushes with the other foot, and rolls along the ground. He wears a helmet to keep his head safe.
He can go fast, turn left and right, and even jump over small bumps. Sometimes he does tricks, like spinning the board in the air and landing back on it.
It looks like magic, but it takes lots of practice. Skateboarders smile, laugh, and try again if they fall.
They love the wind in their hair and the fun of rolling! Would you like to try skateboarding someday?
