Beerus is a strong and funny cat-like god in Dragon Ball. He is purple, with big ears and yellow eyes. He is super powerful – even Goku and Vegeta train hard to fight him!

He is the God of Destruction – his job is to destroy planets, but only if they are bad or boring! He loves eating delicious food, especially Earth’s food! If the food is bad, he gets angry!

He sleeps for years and wakes up when he’s hungry. His best friend is Whis, a funny angel who teaches him and cooks for him.
