Charmander is a small, friendly Pokémon. It looks a little like a tiny orange dinosaur or a baby dragon! It is a Fire-Type Pokémon, which means it loves heat and can make flames.
It has bright orange skin and big, blue eyes. It has a small, creamy-yellow belly. Its most important feature is the flame on the tip of its tail. This flame is always burning!
The flame on Charmander's tail shows how Charmander is feeling. If the flame burns strongly, Charmander is happy and healthy. If the flame is small, it might be sick or sad. If the flame ever goes out, Charmander would get very, very sick. So it must never let its flame go out!
Because it's a Fire-Type, it can use cool fire attacks like Ember (shooting small fireballs) and Scratch. It's very brave and loves to battle, but it is also a very loyal friend.
When Charmander grows and gains experience from battles, it evolves! First, it evolves into Charmeleon. Then, it evolves into the big, powerful Charizard! Charizard can even fly!
So, if you have a Charmander, you have a wonderful, fiery friend who will grow into an amazing and powerful Pokémon! Now let's follow the tutorial and learn how to draw Charmander!
