Let me introduce you to a very special horse. His name is Pegasus, and he is from the Disney movie Hercules. Pegasus is not just any horse – he is a winged horse! That means he has two large, beautiful wings on his back, just like a bird. And he loves to fly!
Pegasus was a gift. The god Zeus created him out of clouds and gave him as a present to his baby son, Hercules. So, Pegasus and Hercules have been best friends since the very beginning!
Pegasus is a white horse with a beautiful mane and tail. His mane is a special turquoise blue colour, which makes him stand out and look very magical. His wings are big and white, and when he spreads them wide, he can fly high up into the sky! He is a very powerful and fast flyer.

He is described as "a magnificent horse with the brain of a bird"! That means he acts a little bit like a horse and a little bit like a bird. He has some funny habits, like: Clicking his tongue, whistling, sometimes perching on Hercules' shoulder!
He is also very loyal to Hercules and is always there to help him on his adventures. He is brave and protective, just like a true friend should be. Pegasus can also be a little bit jealous if he feels someone is taking Hercules' attention away from him, but he has a very big heart.
In this picture, Pegasus is flying through the sky, with his wings wide open. His face is full of joy and he has a big, happy smile. He feels the wind on his face and the wide, open sky all around him. If you like Pegasus, follow the tutorial to learn how to draw him—it'll be a lot of fun!
